I’m Aamir, a passionate student at Our Own High School, Dubai. In high school, I take courses in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and English.
I want to become an embedded systems engineer making stuff like biosensors innovating at the intersection of medicine and technology.
I am also very passionate about helping people with disabilities live better lives. I created DiffAbled, an app that helps visually impaired people learn Braille on their own. UAE Innotech awarded me a silver medal for this project.
My most memorable project is Dateel. We worked with the Dubai Institute Of Design and Innovation (DIDI) and Nestlé in the Project Design Space (PDS) to develop Dateel, a nutritious smoothie for eco conscious consumers. Check out the final product pitch we showcased to Nestlé.
I am also a co-founder of Ampiere, a team where we make AI tools to support human lives, not supplant them. We have successful launched products like WellSpace and SlateFront.

I enjoy making scripts for my family and friends to make their day-to-day lives just a little bit better.
These are the projects which I thought would be the most enjoyable to explore, so I put them first:
February 2025 – Present
We, at Ampiere, made SlateFront because current AI tools could not output accurate mathematical visualizations. Slatefront uses generative AI to turn your math and physics questions into intuitive, easy-to-understand, step-by-step animations in under a minute. It can handle anything from matrix multiplication to the interference of waves.
We have added support for multiple languages as well as handwritten questions and diagrams by using an AI vision model.
We wrote the backend using Django and are hosting it on a Raspberry Pi. We were the only high school finalists at NYUAD Slush'D 2025.
June 2024 – Present
WellSpace is an AI well-being evaluator for students that works with an institution's policies. It's a suite of three tools.
The most innovative Wellspace tool is AnxiousEase, which estimates the likelihood of an event and helps with anxiety. WellSpace also sends automated emails to school representatives in case of serious situations.
We (Ampiere) presented WellSpace at GITEX Global (world’s largest tech expo; 200K+ trade buyers and governments from 180+ countries) under CodersHQ and gained multiple clients.
Our team, Bioplex, was awarded first place for our innovative robot design, we built a sustainable theme park that reused as much energy as possible from one ride to the next. For example, it reused the potential energy lost in one ride to power a carousel in another and so on. We used solar panels to offset the energy that would be lost as heat. I was the lead programmer for this project.

I secured second place in the UAE InnoTech Solo Programming Category for singlehandedly developing DiffAbled: an app for the visually impaired to independently learn braille without assistance. Developed in the programming language DART with no prior experience. I also made a tutorial video for the app and documented the process in a pdf.
